Tập thể hình số lần (reps) và số hiệp(sets) bao nhiêu là tốt nhất?

Rất nhiều bạn tập thể hình thắc mắc về vấn đề số lần tập trong một hiệp ( reps ) , số hiệp của một bài ( sets ).Bài viết này sẽ giúp bạn hiểu hơn về vấn đề reps và  sets.

Mình xin trả lời là đối với tất cả các bài tập , không có một mốc nào cố định đối với reps và sets , tùy mục đính của các bạn khi tập là gì , tăng sức mạnh hay tăng cơ bắp , hoặc chỉ để đốt calories giúp cơ thể săn chắc hơn mà có số reps và sets tương ứng.Đối với các bạn thiên về tập tăng sức mạnh là chính , thường các bạn sẽ tập theo giáo trình rất chi tiết và cụ thể.Còn đối với các bạn tập chỉ để có cơ thể săn chắc , thì các bạn ưu tiên số reps trong 1 set nhiều hơn 15-20 lần /set , tập ở mức tạ vừa phải so với sức của bạn , kết hợp thêm chế độ ăn uống lành mạnh.

Đi vào vấn đề chính số sets và reps cho 1 bài tập như thế nào để đạt hiệu quả tối đa trong việc xây dựng cơ bắp .

Trước tiên bạn phải hiểu lúc bạn tập luyện không phải là lúc bạn làm cơ bắp của bạn to ra , nói có vẻ nghe vô lý vì lúc tập rõ ràng cơ phình to ra rõ ràng ??? Câu trả lời là đó chỉ là tình trạng mạch máu của vùng cơ bạn đang tập dãn rộng hơn để máu vào cơ nhiều hơn , cung cấp nhiều oxy cho cơ hơn để đáp ứng nhu cầu hoạt động của cơ bắp .Đó là lý do tại sao khi tập thì rất căng rất to ,về nhà thì lại xẹp lép như chưa tập gì .

Cơ bắp phát triển là lúc bạn về nhà , ăn uống , ngủ nghỉ hợp lý . Nói nôm na lúc bạn tập là lúc cơ bạn bị xé nát , xé càng nát thì càng có cơ hội phát triển tốt hơn , nếu dinh dưỡng bạn đủ để bồi vào cái phần bị nát đó .Quay lại số sets và reps : Các bạn chắc cũng đã quen thuộc với con số huyền thoại 4×12 , 3×12 … hãy quên nó đi! Không có 1 ngưỡng cố định nào cho những con số đó cả , tất cả những con số đó cũng chỉ là do những người tập đi trước truyền lại .

Mỗi bài tập muốn hiệu quả  các bạn phải tâm niệm rằng mục đích cuối cùng của bài tập đó là làm căng cơ bắp tối đa . Lấy ví dụ : Tập tay trước mà không thể co tay lên để rửa mặt .

Vậy muốn đạt được sự căng cơ tối đa đối với mỗi bài tập , bạn cần gạt bỏ những khuôn mẫu cứng nhắc kia đi , tự bạn tập số reps và sets như thế nào đến khi nào cơ căng hết cỡ mới được nghỉ .

Đối với việc tập để tăng cơ bắp , các bạn cần lưu ý số reps tối ưu trong 1 bài là từ ( 8-15 lần )

Lấy ví dụ bài tập đẩy ngực với tạ đòn mình thường thực hiện như sau :

+Khởi động tăng dần tạ khoảng 2- 3 set với số reps mỗi set là 12-15 không cố định

+Hiệp chính : 5-8 reps với mức tạ đạt ngưỡng failure ( không thể tự nâng cần hỗ trợ ) ở rep cuối

+Lặp lại 1 lần hiệp chính

+Sau đó bỏ bớt khoảng 30-40% trọng lượng tạ , cố gắng đẩy khoảng 15 reps x 2 sets

Tóm lại : để đạt được căng cơ tối đa đối với bất cứ nhóm cơ nào bạn cần nhớ những điều sau:

+ Bỏ qua khuôn mẫu cố định về reps , sets

+Số reps dao động từ 8-15 lần là tối ưu.

+Không cần tập cho đủ bài tập của 1 nhóm cơ , điều quan trọng là tập bài nào chất lượng bài đó ( đây là điểm quan trọng nhất )
